LUKMEF goal is to strengthen and support rural communities (indigenous and/or marginalized) ability to take full leadership and control over their own environmental , social, cultural, political and economic development using inclusive (Gender & minorities), participatory and rights-based approcah in Cameroon.

At the service of the population, using dialogue and mediation to enhance good governance and meet the expectations of citizens for quality services from the Regional Assembly and the City/Local Councils (Local Collectivities).

This foundation plays a crucial role in advancing scientific knowledge and developing innovative solutions to combat diseases that disproportionately affect populations in tropical regions.
